The St. Croix Regional Medical Center is a state of the art, three level full service clinic, complete with Digital X-Ray, Cardio Care, Bariatric Exam and Physical Therapy Services to accommodate a wide variety of client needs.

Steen designed the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to be capable of accommodating these various system requirements throughout the building.  Variable zone control, energy management, medical gas and special lighting systems were developed with both energy efficiency and an enhanced working environment in mind.
